That's my problem whenever I catch a prism Pokemon or pick one up from the otherworld I get an error message and it crashes my game

The only method of collecting them is by digging them up ive updated to v13.5.6 and still can't pick it up don't think this is an issue for other people was just wondering if it a problem with the Mac version which ive been using recently

Im on chapter 13 where you stowaway on the bladestar battalion and ive fought the mechanic down below in the engine room accidentally skipped his dialogue and now I don't know the password and I can't go to the any areas past the main deck and captains quarters anyone able to tell me the password or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks because usually i havent really struggled with a battle as much as this one and i thought it was either really hard or im not doing something right.

I just cant get past her Aegislash at all i've tried other Pokemon and using different items but i just get one shot even with 6 cosmic powers and minimizes with a clefable and it just doesn't miss either. I've been trying since V13 came out and i just have no clue what to do.
