HP. Six EVs is not a lot, but it could make the difference between surviving a hit or not sometimes.

Yes, it does. The Greninja was probably EV trained and/or had a speed boosting nature.

It depends on several choices you make throughout the game, the earliest one involves the police ambushing (or not if you didn't find all officers) Corey.

Ralts and Honedge are not available at that point in the game; you can find them later on after the city restoration. Pokémon that can learn Shell Smash and are obtainable before the battle with Kiki are Shuckle, Magcargo, Crustle, and there's a 50% chance of encountering a Turtonator in Pyrous Mountain.

As for your last question, dawn stones can be found by mining the glowing rocks scattered throughout the region.

I'm fairly certain that Ace is indeed Ciel's cousin. Ciel talks about her cousin doing magic tricks, and there's a scene where you can obtain a relationship point with both Ace and Ciel by talking to Ciel. Also, Ace's ending involves Ciel.

Watch out with using Sludge Wave during this particular battle; you'll lose relationship points with Laura if you do that.

You can evolve Nosepass in the West Gearen Power Plant. Unfortunately, you can only access it after defeating several more Gym Leaders. 

 

Your best bet against Crawli is a decent Rock type or Flying type, preferably both. Rock Slide is a great move to use in this gym battle because it hits both targets. Crustle is actually pretty good in this fight if you can set up with Shell Smash (watch out for Crawli's Water typed attacks though).

That's indeed the case in Pokémon Reborn, but I think OP wants to know how to obtain TM Flash Cannon in Rejuvenation.

I think you can switch between pages with the Q and W buttons on your keyboard. Also, there's a location guide available if you want to know the exact location of a specific Pokémon.

Did the fisherman give you the Super Rod? You have to fish up Whiscash and talk to the fisherman again after capturing them. There will be a small chance one of the Whiscash is holding the name tag you're looking for.

Aya is the gym leader of the wasteland hideout gym, so you're almost at the point where you receive your fifth badge.
