(Not sure if this is the right place to ask but I didn't see a better spot) For the gym leader battles (and other important battles) do the pokemon have perfect IVs and well place EVs? I'm wondering for the sake of running damage calculations

Alolan Ninetales is good Aurora veil is a great move in general for future tough battles

If you're willing to make a substitution to your team for this battle then I would recommend a couple things. A strong Ice type would be able to kill the gliscor pretty easily. Piloswine learns ice shard by level up and Mamoswine would do really well against her team. Brongzong with Levitate also completely shuts gliscor down. Oh and if you got Larvesta from the mystery egg in Jasper Ward you can completely sweep her team since Quiver dance's power is double

I'm either looking for a male Marill with belly drum a female Marill without belly drum if necessary or a Slurpuff that already has belly drum. I'm looking to breed a competitive Slurpuff set so I need a way to get belly drum on to it.

The 2nd gym isn't that bad. A good fire type should deal with her entire team pretty well except for her ace. If numel isn't performing because of the ground typing your best bet would be to either grab a slugma or litleo. Do watch out for the cradily tho with your current team I'd say the best bet is to stall it with toxic damage from toxic spike on trubbish and soak up damage with onix since the cradily's only attacking move is smack down
