I'd suggest going to the sewers getting poison types that resist poison and also maybe a Woobat which avoids the Toxic Spikes and has Psychic moves and can also become a Swoobat if you raise it's friendship enough.

Yeah on Corrosive Field poison types don't absorb Toxic Spikes so if you want to get rid of them then you'll need to Rapid Spin or Defog them away.
