Thanks that helped me fix the issue to go back to the saved file before it and I should be able to do the same thing again if it still glitches the next time. Thank you for the help

I have been stuck like this since yesterday and I can't move or open up the options section for the game. All that happens when I open my game again is that it starts the dialogue to the point where Zetta says "And why is that, Aelita" and then he appears and the game just freezes after that and I can't do anything except use the quicksave button. Please send help I have no idea what to do to fix this.

For some reason when I get to the part where I'm supposed to fight Zetta in Nightmare City the game freezes mid-dialogue right before the battle and my character is unable to move or do anything, except I can save my game still for some reason. I have no clue how to fix this issue can someone help?
