    It's heavily implied that paradox pokemon aren't actually pokemon from the past or future. They've been created from the professor's imagination, and the third legendary is likely the reason why.     Though, if they were part of the professer's imagination, how would you explain Heath seeing them ~200 years prior?

    You need either the tm (so anyone can use it) or a Pokémon that knows psychic naturally to use the relationship checker
