There is no train. Only a green one off the tracks. When I spoke to Shelly everyone left. There’s a switch on an opposing side of this steel door. ;-;

So I am new to this game, got it two days ago. I have reached the rail net and I got to the end with the group. I spoke to Shelly and I lined up the tracks. Nothing happened. Everyone disappeared by Cain and Heather. I’m at lost here :( been looking around for +4 hours
