V13 - Savefile troubleshooting

Adrienne does not appear during help quest here. Can't remember if he was there at the station but is definitely not present in the forest. ive been able to find the 3 workers from a help guide, and they say they are going to head over, however i cannot submit the money or the Scyther due to Xem not being there, thus making it impossible to fight Aya or start Goomink sidequest.
