@Zumi Question about Gen8. How will the leaked moves be handled for Home and also old moves for new Pokemon learnsets? (i.e. Zoroark gets Sludge Bomb now or new egg moves on old Pokemon)

My personal ideas on earliest placements and note that I'm listing them by earliest stage if applicable:

Impidimp (and maybe Nickit): Darchlight Caves
Rookidee: Darchlight Woods
G-Zigzagoon: Goldenleaf
Grookey: Maybe replacing Rowlet in the Terajuma event
Yamper: Route 4 or Terajuma Depths.
Gossifleur/Milcery: Rt 2
Silicobra: Zorrialyn Desert
Cufant: Safari Zone
G-Corsola: Placed along with base Corsola in Akuwa
Arrokuda: Somewhere with Dive.
Sizzlipede: Valor Mountain.
Snom: Blacksteeple

I am making this thread so there's a general spot of speculation for the new Pokemon being placed (or Gen Eight) in V13. What Pokemon do you think will be available in V13 and where?

Hi. So this is a thing I guess. Decided to make a run based off of the Trope “Love Hurts”. It’s sorta like a wedlocke variant.
RULES:
Spoiler-
All Pokemon must be named and to go with the nicknaming, there must be a general nicknaming theme.

You are allowed to SR in battles. However, there is a limit of how many times you can soft reset for a battle. 5 per battle. Anything more and you cannot reset and must attempt the battle from there on out.

No dupes of any Pokemon.

Only 1 event Pokemon per area.

Every trainer must be fought.

All Pokemon must be “in love” with another Pokemon. The gender of both do not matter.

If a Pokemon dies, there are consequences. *Note that each adds up. For example: if a Pokemon that died twice cannot use any held items or machine while its partner, if it only died once, cannot use any medicine.*

First death, the Pokemon cannot use any medicine.

Second death, the Pokemon and its partner cannot use any held items.

Third death, you cannot use the Pokemon or its partner in any important battles. (Gym Leaders and Elite Fours 100% count but others can be up to your decision or not to be included depending on the situation.)

Fourth death, you must box the Pokemon.

Its partner does not need to but if its partner dies as well even once after its previous partner has been boxed, they must be boxed or released as well.

If it’s former partner dies at least once after its partner has been boxed and it does not have four deaths, that Pokemon cannot be EV trained.

Example: if a Mudkip has died four times and been boxed and its partner was a Taillow, if the Taillow died (again) it cannot be EV trained.

Oh, I messed up. Chapter 11 is where you canget the three, not Chap 10.

Yeah, you can get the three then too since Chap11 ends after a specific interaction inside inside RT iirc.

As for Snorlax, I don't believe you can wake it up until the sidequest with Ben and Jenkel if I'm remembering correctly.
Yeah if you mean the Inkay sidequest Yui Ranch, I can confirm it is post Erick (maybe Flora/Florin depending on when the guy returns). Both by memory and 100% guide.

Idk when but I think getting Snorlax might be post Erick and not post Souta. (someone double check that pls)

If this is the case, why hasn't the Old Content section been updated? Everything that was done prior to quarantine was planned content. Now that I'm working on things I had not considered, I thought it would be inappropriate to consider this part of that progress bar. I could create a separate section for the content I'm working on now, but eh... Even now, the things I'm working on are still not considered planned. I'm just going where my energy wants me to. So for me to put out another progress bar may be pointless.

There are many, many, MANY other things I have in store, but these are just a few things I wanted to show. Just to assure that things are still moving, albeit at a slow pace. But that's all I have to talk about for now. Please stay safe and have a wonderful day :).

Slight but notable error: When the choice to choose an appearance comes up and you do not (arrow to) choose any, a white screen will come up and you will have to soft reset to start the game up. Am I the only one having this problem?

One, if you do the Kimono Girl and interact with the KG before going to sleep after starting the sidequest you can get a Sableye Nightmare City.
Two, after getting past a certain point in Rejuvenation (idk when) you can give the person in Kugearen City's restaurant toilet paper and be gifted a Black Sludge.

You can potentially swim past the tree and boulder at that very spot and go to parts of the surf map you aren't supposed to be. ~~meaning if you don't have fly yet, good luck getting out of there~~

A video chat of some kind is preferred. I use Discord but if you have any others for your partner, feel free to use them.
You can prevent the other from using items, but must not be all of them. (Item types are as follows: Held Items, Medicine, TMs and Berries.)
The opponent chooses 2 penalties if you lose a “minor” battle and you get 1 if you lose a major battle. (Major Battle List: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1mgIoYCPG6CBeG1k5m8DrRT_KrWqcnXGRhzg3F4XVqb0/edit)
You cannot prevent the other from using Pokemon altogether but can prevent them from using a certain group. (List is as follows: Pokemon type, Event, Overworld, Grass and Ability.)
Anything else is free game.*Feel free to modify any of the rules as needed.
