I just wanted to say I love this mod and the custom eevolutions! But I experienced this bug too when I entered Silph Co. in order to do the Kecleon quest. I experienced a similar softlock where I was unable to move or do anything as the guy was stuck in the player character. The only way I was able to get around this was to debug and warp into the map to allow the character to leave as the player character was position.
