Stuck in the air at blacksteeple castle. Help please? :3

image My character is stuck hovering in the air at blacksteeple castle. I can move a few centimeters from left to right, but I can't get down or actually go anywhere. I tried closing the game and reopening it. I'm still stuck. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?
