Because this is a speedrun I only have a high level Blaziken + other weak hm slaves and stuff haha, as getting/training other pokes would be slow

Hey guys, so I've been routing out a speedrun for this game, with Speed Boost Blaziken (what can I say, it's broken :^) ) and I'm a little bit stuck at the moment, I'm up to the required Deoxys fights and I'm not sure how to get past them because i just die to Psychic as they have smart AI and no way (I think?) to get a speed boost up :'( Any tips? If this ends up being unwinnable though I'll probably end up running a different poke (popplio maybe? chimchar? charmander? squirtle? There's a lot of good starters I'd need to find out which is fastest lol) Also I'm probably going to update this thread on when I start actually speedrunning it and the times that I get and jazz :^)
