honestly since i havent played the newer games, is Gogoat any good? i got skiddo from the egg and im unsure if using him is worth it. his move kit doesnt look amazing but his stats are 531 and thats pgood

Yeah, I'd probably drop it by Ciel. Most opponents after that are too strong for it to get going and keep going, even in seemingly advantageous matchups like Amaria or Hardy. It certainly won't be your mainstay because there are some battles it just won't do much in - Cain, Radomus, Aya etc. Know what you can set up on and Gogoat can do wonders, bring it into the wrong battle and it's pretty much useless. It's far from impossible to work into a 6 'mon team (I've done it twice) but it does excel more on a rotation.

On paper its moveset doesn't look great, but in practice, being a bulky Grass type with access to Earthquake, Horn Leech and Bulk Up is amazing in certain scenarios, and the nature of Reborn lets off-picks like Gogoat thrive. It's a one trick pony for sure but it does its job very, very well. It sets itself apart from Torterra and Chesnaught with its better survivability, having no 4x weakness and carrying a STAB life-leeching move, so there isn't really a direct "replacement" for it; that being said you'll still probably want to seriously consider dropping it around the end of the Agate arc.

stuck on Adrienn and I need help.
CURRENT TEAM:
Nidoking
Greninja
Scrafty
Bronzong
Typhlosion
Ampharos
If it means i have to train a new team I'm fine with that

Bronzong's Heavy Slam/Gyro Ball destroys Adrienne's team. M-Mawile and Granbull's Intimidate is an issue, but switching it out and back in with another resist can help alleviate that. Typhlosion's Eruption will clean house on Mawile and Whimsicott, and other team members can be used to support Bronzong with healing items. You can also grab Metagross at this point, who is equally effective against xyr team. Heatproof and Levitate give Bronzong better matchups against Mawile and Granbull respectively, but whichever one you don't counter can hit you supereffectively so prioritize taking them down.
Scrafty, Greninja and Ampharos are all dead weight in this battle. Xyr team's Special Defense is jacked up by 50% in the Misty Field, and on top of that xe uses very bulky 'mons. Consider stuff like Crobat, Metagross and Aggron instead; hard hitting physical attackers with super-effective moves and high defenses are the name of the game here. Fake Out and Intimidate are also very useful, so Incineroar might not be a bad pick.
More offensive approaches often include clearing the mist with Tailwind and spamming the newly Steel-typed Slash in the Fairy Tale field underneath. Braviary gets both moves, and Bisharp benefits from Intimidate thanks to Defiant and has a massive Attack on top of that, and honestly? Even weaker 'mons like Persian will do good damage with the move due to just how much it gets boosted in the field.
tfw I originally typed out a guide for Ciel
