Look around in the WestGearen Power Plant. I was able to find a room with an NPC willing to exchange a Magmarizer for any 10 unevolved Fire-Type Pokemon, so there might be a room with Electric-Types in exchange for Electirizers. It should be easy enough to breed 10 Elekids, Pichus, Mareeps, Electrikes/whatever you have if that's the case.

 

while it says unevolved, they would also accept my jolteon and blaziken

the watering can is in the ranger HQ, and you need to water it each stage and you'll get about 3 per plant

you can load up v9 and save, then open v10 and take a step to reset achievements and just repeat till you have enough ap

The badge in this episode enables you to use dive but at the credits of v11 jan said dive won't be useable until v12.

Tbf I think people were mainly saying the field thing to Mo since he just kept spamming misty terrain. Didn't realise it expanded to Nappy EQ'ing the field...

I also thought this fight was hard af but later on I realized there's many strats you can try here to beat dittoceus... just that if this was a blind nuzlocke, it'd definitely be hard af and blind play through is hard enough.
