sacred is a chill dude he plays what he wants he doesnt really care about how popular it is for youtube  though he did lower the difficulty of pokemon rejuvenation because he couldnt handle the base difficulty which somewhat upset me but its understandable he does a good job reacting to story beats like tyranitartube. I like voltsy and sacred but they both unfortunatly do a rather poor job exploring the side content of both pokemon reborn and rejuvenation

I remember giving voltsy very detailed instructions on how to get zorua in rejuv and he still didn't do it. Despite showing interest.

    He did yeah

also he probably wants to finish with extreme until reborn can come back properly and not just act as sort of like filler until extreme comes back to give it some respect as he does seem to really enjoy it for the story and to think about what might happen next for the story
I think the only other youtuber that has liked reborn and rejuvenation off the top of my head was SacredAlmighty

Voltsy also really liked reborn and rejuv

I think thats all the major tubers that played it

I was also quite intrigued that she seemed to have a certain favor for Terra.
If you travel through the desert with Taka one of the tidbits he gives you is that despite her electronic skills Terra broke more things than she fixed but Lin refused to fire her. That had me wondering if there is a relationship there, either Terra is Lin's daughter or sister or they were lovers.

theres a building with a side entrance in either jasper or beryl that explains Terra a little more

That labyrinth of hers is gonna drive Ttar crazy! Especially the part in Reshiram where you have to travel the horrid thing looking for Amaria three times. I just used Dai Laughing's guide video (which I actually initially needed just to know what I was supposed to do after she leaves the arena for a swim).

I didn't understand why Titania saved us and then gave Amaria hell for trying to drown us? She didn't exactly trust us last we left her as she seemed to lean towards believing Lin that we work for Team Meteor.

They're both dangerous fucked up bitches but part of me does feel a bit bad for them.

Titania was looking for a way out of the relationship with Amaria and you gave her a legitimate excuse to leave and she still believes that you are looking like the best shot at beating Lin.

Lin had already mind fucked Titania pretty good in the cave so shes pretty on edge at this point.

The question is which kind of nuzlocke is more entertaining to watch?

One where the player is well prepared and likely to win his battles with minimal losses, where you as the viewer might learn a few new tricks as well?

Or one where the player is going in unprepared, struggling like cat trying to escape the bath tub, losing lots of Pokémon in the process, giving you a good laugh at his suffering?

TTar is definetely one of the second type. But in his case there is an additional question: Is it more entertaining to watch him struggle, or to watch him spinning even more bizzare theories with every new episode?

Watching people suffer is clearly the more popular one

but seeing somebody actually make 200 IQ plays with the field effect is entertaining for me, plus they are more likely to rage when their plan fails

Shofu's series is so old that he doesn't even have fields or double gym battles but has managed to be a lot worse than Ttar.
I'm up to Luna, he's battled her at least 3 or 4 times with no success and for the entire game up to this point he's been using the exact same team (all of which he discovered upon a certain game update have terrible IVs), other than a shiny Skiploom hasn't even caught new Pokemon and is at least 10 levels below his cap. Yet he yells "I HATE THIS GAME" and "THIS IS STUPID!" every time one of his Pokemon faints.

Shofus funniest moment for me was when he lost to the insurgence champion and forgot to edit it out then blatantly tried to pass it as beating reukra on the first try by having a fake reaction to the delta volcarona on the second attempt

He also bragged about beating titania on the first try but i guess he forgot when he soft reset after the first turn cus sandslash scored a crit.

Alright so this oasis thing is a bit annoying.

This desert is so huge but I spent at least an hour running around what I'm sure is the entire thing and only found two oasises, possibly only one is currently counted as I left after finding the first one to heal.
I've now lost half my team to stupid Arena Trap Dugtrios (What is the point of Arena Trap on the player's end, even way back in gen 2 before abilities existed, the roaming dogs had Roar to get around entrapment shit such as Mean Look), and have used up all my Cotton Candies but am afraid to leave again and reset it.

    There. Mini-vent over. Sorry.
I'm not gonna give up though.

    Spoiler

there are 4 oasis,  all are on the southern half, 2 on the left, 2 on the right

each time you use the light shard at the oasis go to the area in the top left corner with the brown lakes and check if the tower spawned

entering it will keep it spawned forever and leaving the desert resets progress

*shrug* However, as less interesting as it is to watch, there is nothing illegal about it. Not everyone is up for the challenge and the items are even made easily and infinitely accessible so Ame herself must not disapprove.

X items are being moved to the penthouse for E19 which is probably gonna be after Elite 4

tbh I find very little pride in battles that I win due to X-items I realized that I went overboard with them during the mansion gauntlet and tried really hard not to use them anymore.

The only exception I find for this case is if you find them off the ground, then they are fair game.

"and I turn to shade and say shade I have a simple question for you can tell me tale of savage the savage?"

Did you ever hear the tale of Savage the Silent? I thought not. It's not a story many would tell you. It's a Reborn legend. There once was a Challenger of the Pokemon league whose name has been forgotten, he was so powerful and so skilled he would his abilities to defeat several gyms... He had such a knowledge of the metagame that he could even bend the field effects to his will. The field effect system of Reborn is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural. When he challenged Shade... the only thing he was afraid of was losing, he did, of course eventually he challenged Shade again, and again, and again, and again. Finally he managed to defeat Shade but he was never the same after that. Ironic, he could defeat Shade, but not save himself.

I wonder how far back this goes and who exactly established the modern rules as I've never seen any Youtuber release dead Pokemon vs. leaving them in a designated death box.

I feel like Youtubers don't release dead pokemon because otherwise the death montage would take longer to make, thats what I always thought.

Of course there is always that group of viewers that give you shit for not releasing mons

He also threw away that Silvally

I guess this is true but Juju is a rock type too so I'd think sturdy was a better choice against flying, especially to set up stealth rocks (to avoid getting 4X shling'd by gliscor's Earthquake) 😕

If this was still a nuzlocke he would clearly have sturdy

There isn't a "weakest link" system at this point, he's just killing off the Pokemon he wants to. Or else Wanja should have gone a while back.
He was going in the right direction with the seeded Beartic. He OHKO-ed two of her Pokemon with it he just needed to choose it's battles more wisely.
A seeded Beartic was a Ciel ace for me as well. It one shot Noivern and Minior and I think Oricorio as well.

If we were actually following the weakest link system all of his main team except for Debbie would be dead

Did anyone besides myself and a Youtube commenter notice that he essentially cheated the blackout roulette to save Wanja who never managed to get a single attack in before going down?

hes been doing that since he introduced that rule, Jacques should also be dead from the first terrawr battle

Is there any right one though? I remember reading something that there is a "right" path where you maximize your relationship with Anna and Shade (exposing Corey, not giving Ruby ring, not battling Taka), but did Amethyst or anyone else on the dev team comfirmed that there will be a "true" ending with more content or multiple endings?

I think I end up picking the Zekrom path on my first playthrough. Admitelly is mostly just to piss off Titania, but now I know that you can reduce your relationships points with her even futher if you pick Reshiram path and talk to her on Agate.

There are multiple endings but the only event I remember being confirmed for a true ending was beating Solaris Garchomp
