How did you got ep 17? @Amethyst is currently working on ep 17. For more information see here. Yeah! Surely it will cause problem if you intend to play this mod when ep 17 will be released.... But If @DerxwnaKapsyla updates the mod for ep 17 content too then no problem.

It's for reborn You can get shiny charm currently only if you decided not to give the ring in Blake's apartment. It will only appear in the calceon city aster's room.... Regarding your second question,You can get it in Spinel town finding all the teleported items.

Some mons are there which are not available yet or are not available in present ep like magikarp,gastly etc.. Bringing those mons in your party while you are online disables your access to wonder trade.

It will say that message If you had unreleased mon with you... You can still use it. Make sure not to bring any unreleased mon if you want to wondertrade. Welcome and no prob
