    Madame X true identity speculation mega thread. [HEAVY SPOILERS]

    I actually think maybe madame X is actually alternate timeline Maria/Melia who had archetype removed from her and since she has been experimented on by Vitus she could have powers like him/griselda/spacea/tiempa and actually be Madam Xerneas which is on rampage. She even says she is stronger than her pokemon so that would actually be plausible. In the prologue she visits Vitus/Indriads house and talk to Maria in encouraging voice so it seems like that scene is stuck in a time loop? The same Maria from Prologue is the one which we fight for a badge because she remembers Madame X saying that to her.  The only question is what is her relation to Freya/Kieran?

    Marianette's pokemon were insanely difficult to knock out as some of my pokemon weren't evolved yet and couldn't hit hard or take hits (especially Snuggles)

     

    Crawli is just free sticky webs that makes all of his mons outspeed mine (-2 speed under his field)

     

    Souta is just broken because of his field.. Tailwind lasts for 8 turns, his mons having a bit more bulk because of the field (Strong winds, Big Pecks and Multiscale), and Sky Attack hitting in 1 turn and Hurricane having 100% accuracy. His field benefits flying types in both offense, defense, and speed 😞

    I beat souta 2nd try, apparently tyrantrum survived SE attack from hawlucha, from there on I uses Crobat with a seed and taught him sky attack and easily disposed his team (I also had jolteon and kept spamming thunder which never misses)

    This thread is by no means a complete theory, and will be updated as people add more information.

    I'm going to lay down Madame X's basic known information, that will serve as the base for this speculation and we will build it up from there.

     

    Madame X's known information.

     

    So let's begin with Madame X:

    Real name: N/A.

    Gender: Female

    Eye color (current): Red.

    Hair color (current): Dark blue / Black.

    Skin color: A very light brown.

    Allies: Comet, Cosmia, Freya, Kieran.

     

    What do we know: Madame X is a persona that existed for quite some time, according to what we gathered from the Goomidra's side-quest that is. She is the leader of the mysterious team Xen, and is after Melia's 'light' also known now as the archetype. She seems to be able to move freely between time and space with no constraints, clearly demonstrated at the intro of the game where she asks Marianette how many times Vitus (Indirad) is going to put her through 'this', implying that she has experienced this timeline multiple times already, she interferes with time yet again to save the interceptor and set him on the right course to stop the bomb from exploding at Kugearen city, when confronted she says: 'You don't know the countless problems you have created for me, yet...  I find myself saving you each time, because you're important to everything. Why are you so important? Who are you exactly? Why are you interfering? You weren't here the first time. Who put you here?'. Later she finally understands that we are the interceptor. 

     

    Going by this information alone, I have arrived at my speculation, which is Madame X is Griselda, I'm basing this one solely on her hair and skin color. Stupid right? Yeah that's what I thought until I examined both sprites and realized that the skin color is a perfect match and the hair is just slightly darker, another thing to note is that both characters are presumed to be after the archetype. This would also explain how Madame X is familiar with Spacea and Tiempa, and also how she is able to freely move through time and space.

     

     

    But Acedy, there are way too many holes in this theory! What about Comet and Cosmia? Why and how would she come in contact with Freya and Kieran? 

    Well yeah, you're totally right, I just said I'm basing this theory just off of her physical attributes lol.

     

    That's it for now, I'm going to be constructing a complete timeline that will serve as a guide for us to better understand the events and then confirm information according to it.

    another info you forgot was she saying that her mother was weak person who sacrificed herself to save her... and she also seems to know a lot about Nymiera.

    For me it was Angie, I needed like 10 tries and 2 days planning for her because she is too broken :/... Eric was also very hard but I got lucky and beat him very fast... The easiest gym battle for me was probably Amber, and Erin/Flora

    Saki mentioned a red haired girl that helped her before the Sharpedos thing. She fought a blue whale in aquamarine cave(???????????), changed her clothes somewhere in the middle and declared her name to be Fre- something (Saki forget god damn it Saki). Also, Madame X's skin is much lighter then nymiera's so I dont really think she's her. Also, Crescent being the soul eraser means that she had Madame X's Yveltal at some point which is... Interessting? I really dont think she's the soul eraser though, as similing cruelly at an innocent bystander as she burned her loved one doesn't feel very Crescent-y to me.

     

    Ok so we ruled that one out with Madame X. I was just thinking about Crescent and radio tower because Freya mentioned that other person had no affiliation with her, and I dont remember the whole stuff with that. I just thought that burning radio tower actually had nothing to do with Freya and her mission

    could be anyone at this point, I am just very confused about some relationships right now.... So like we know what happened in the past with Vitus, Anathea etc. We dont know what happened to Nymiera, only about other 3 protectors of Aevium. We also know Vitus survived calamity and took identity as Sirius who married Narcissa and he dissapeared after wispy tower burned. By the way Narcissa described the person who did that (black haired girl with black dress) makes me think it was Crescent cause she is on revenge duty (I think she is protags real mom). What I dont know was Vitus already part of team Xen, or did he create team Xen or anything? cause it was team Xen lab and Geara was part of team Xen. If we manage to defeat Madame X in blacksteeple she says that she failed her father. During alternate future she was talking about Nymiera and mentioned her mother was a weak person who tried to protect her. She is also working with Kieran (surfer dude) and Freya? (not sure the red haired girl name is mentioned anywhere) and she doesnt really seem to care too much about team Xen but has some of her own plans? Makes really hard to track her real identity. She was also mention in kindom of goomidra sidequest so we know she has been operating for some time.
    And one other thing is, since this is 50 years time difference, is Alexandra Nymiera's granddaughter? did Nymiera actually have more children? so many questions

    I am leaning towards the possibility that it is Nymiera. We dont know what happened to her after her battle with Vitus. and as far as we know he got rid of all the protectors of Aevium one way or another... Vivian died, Hazuki got married with Blakeory, Anju was trapped and brainwashed into thinking that she is Angie...

    I can try to do that in the morning. FYI I tried using V10 to boost IV on my Lucarion on my new save when I got to GDC and it couldnt load my save file, the game just crashed, even though I didnt progress any further in game than V10 content... Dont know why it happened

    EDIT: Also on my laptop I still have old V8 and V9 http://prntscr.com/oj51zc

    Talk EXACLTY 30 times (not 31 or 29) in one visit to the NPC of the forest. Just pick one NPC and talk 30 times. 

    If it doesnt work, you are doing something wrong. 

    I have 4 odd keystones. I talked exactly 30 times with red haired NPC It is 22:22 here now.
