Ice Cream Sand Witch

Since there are moves that bypass Protect etc., what if there was a move that bypassed Endure, Focus Band/Sash, and Sturdy?

  Sturdy can't be negated with mold breaker IIRC. Also, Sturdy is specifically designed to absolutely ignore OHKOs so yes, multi-hits, poison/burn, and entry hazards are the way to go. Plus, I think this is the definitive reason why multi-hits even exist
