Ok, it was. After beating adrienn the applications were there to pick. Now it's Maxwell i'm having issues, he doesn't want any of those that i have (ok i needed to renovate the slums and not the railnet. well, jobless maxwell will just have to wait)

Got it Now im confused about the reason why i went for the final sticker: where is a protector found? thought it was on the 9th or 10th floor. guess not

i already did that, in E16 he is not there. my question now is to where to get an E15 link to download it, load my game file and get the sticker, and go back to E16.

Ok im very new to reborn, but i assume i need to download the E15 patch, get the sticker, and then run into the E16 again right?

Ok the problem is that i can go up to the 9th, but i can't remember which of the stickers i didn't do xD i think it was the quest of saving that boy ok so i actually understood that i didn't save the guy that fell to the underground railnet. the woman in the pkmn center in obsidia has that text, yet idk if the quest wont activate because of the reborn reconstruction has undergone already.
