I gave my vote to Raptorch since it just looks so damn nice. Have never played uranium (or any other fan game aside from reborn ofc) but raptorch seems like a nice choice. Is it a fire/rock or fire/dragon or what? -
Like already said here, early game good pokemon are really scarce so especially event pokemon can be really helpful but there are some decent pokemon available in the early game like the aforementioned kricketot and at least for me trubbish was a very helpful addition Basically just have like 8-10 pokemon in rotation and you should be fine. Also entry hazards like stealth rocks and toxic spikes can make your life so much easier.

My power houses for beating radomus were my zoroark and spiritomb, (+ I think I used my crobat to take out the gallade)

do they have perfect IVs in identical stats? if so, then i would recommend either seeing if you have any other pokemon that are within the same egg group and have perfect IVs in some other stats Or just give them both power items (for example in attack and HP ) and hope that you get lucky and get the three hereditary perfect IVs + some extras

Yeah I think it's 5 IVs from the parents combined, not just the parent holding the destiny knot, therefore I would recommend giving the chimchar power item for one of the perfect IVs and giving the destiny knot to the other pokemon, if that pokemon doesn't have any perfect IVs Not completely sure but has seemed to work fine with the little IV breeding I've done in reborn

Yeah it doesn't work like that, if you had one of them hold a destiny knot you would get something like 15 / 15 / 12 / 12 / 12 / x with x being completely random between 0-31, basically in order to get perfect IV:s you gotta breed with pokemon that have some perfect IV:S -
