There are a few options for someone to be alive after an atempt, being visited by doctor, being the bleeder, being blocked, visited by secret santa, being the armored one, being or was visited by the medicine man, by the party host and having the guardian angel 

 

Of course in soso case some of them are impossible, like the guardian angel. But this is just to say it is very likely for someone to survive, with so many roles that can permit themselves to survive or for others to survive its not strange that the secret santa visited sosobean like he said.

 

If he wasnt visited by the secret santa then the most probable would be that he is one of the mafia this can mean 2 things. Santa is mafia and this was a smart move for them to know who is who, this means he was saved by other means but this means santa wouldnt visit someone else (since this would help that said person) meaning this is really safe strategy, this would mean that soso was saved by the doctor, is the armored one, bleeder, being the medicine man. Since santa has priority any of those can be true

But I would assume that soso said the truth, because he posted it right after the phase change. I don't think he had time to analyse everything to think about this this far. If we assume that bean said the truth then its safe to assume that santa is town
