I ran into the same problem.. You might want to take another look around in the railnet and search for things that weren't there before

Bred a bunch of togepi with good iv's, nasty plot and morning sun, unleashing those on wt. Also have a shiny one with those moves and decent ivs. Soon to have a lot of froakies with good ivs. Looking for any sneasel
