You could try training Popplio in the grass outside to get moonblast and then use reverse candies to take it down to 32-33 and then evolve. That's all I'm seeing right now -
Does anyone know where to find Luvdisc? The guide said Kristiline Town with a good rod but it's outdated and I can't fish anywhere in the town.
