Is it not possible to walk around the portal?
If not, you can go through that portal, and catch a Kommo-o in that particular area.

in the fandom wiki, it said that scraggy can be found in the wispy ruins area, where can i find the scraggy?
It’s behind the 6 badge door, which you can only get to from the Wispy Tower entrance, after you get Rock Climb.

It’s for sale in Somnium Mall, and you’ll need a few stamps for it. Can’t remember exactly how many, though.

My apologies if this happens to be something obvious or well known, but I am curious about a certain fight.
Was the fight against Doctor Isha removed in 13.5 or there is some new requirements to unlock it that I missed? I mean, I noticed that certain fights, puzzles and events were removed (which is an overall improvement in certain cases like the desert pyramid), so maybe this just another removed little thing.
I replayed the whole game from the very beginning and while it is not important for the whole rejuvenation experience I could not help but notice that did not happened at any moment.
SpoilerIts a whole new side quest, now. Actually finished it a while ago.
Go back to Eclysia Pyramid, go through the rift, and walk through the Game Boy in the back of the room. Talon or Ryland will talk to you, and it will begin.

Previous version it was Mystery Egg only, but assuming I’m understanding this right for the Tyluric Temple to bring three that match the Forces of Nature, Rookidee line excluding Corviknight are the only other pure Flying types in the game. Any idea where they are?

Magrodar Crater is at Teila Resort. Not entirely sure about the other 2 questions, though.

I've been training an Eeveeon, and I noticed it can learn tri-attack by levelling up, but not from TM.
Single Strike Urshifu has this same minor issue with Sucker Punch from the Move Tutor.

The earliest one I know of is Smoochum, at exactly Level 45. Of course, that's only from that event in Citrine Mountain with the Level 57 Beartic, and would take a lot of patience to grind up while keeping from evolution, unless you've got an Everstone on you.

Here's one I came up with after thinking about how badly Typhlosion's been screwed over in terms of buffs in canon games:
Type: Fire / Ground
Black Shard Ability: Rock Head
Base Stats:HP - 78
Attack - 144 [+60]
Defense - 120 [+42]
Special Attack - 130 [+21]
Special Defense - 95 [+10]
Speed - 139 [+30]
Legendary Move: Precipice Blades
Normal Move: Head SmashAs for a set:
Hold Item: Life Orb / Flame Plate
EVs: 252 Attack / 4 Defense / 252 Speed
Jolly Nature
~ Flare Blitz
~ Precipice Blades
~ Head Smash
~ Slash and Burn
(Went the physical route with Typhlosion because I always felt like it was meant to be a physical Pokemon, but then they realized that all Fire moves were special before Gen 4)
