As far as I checked, there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with Shuppet OR Budew. I'll try a new file maybe sometime to test but in the code it looks a-ok.

Okay so after i got Titania
SpoilerI went to get the party Pokemon for her at agate circus but i got like the Pokemon when I first got Titania I think the event is bugged.
