  1. Had to backup my PC and for some reason I just lost 2 gyms of progression. Can’t find the save file anywhere and installing Episode 19 creates a Save folder in another place, which likely is why lost the backup files…

Regardless, my save has 14 badges and all backup saves preceding it have 13 or less. I assume that’s the sole save I made as soon as I beat the episode’s Gym at hand when I played. Does anyone know where am I and what I’m supposed to do?

is this for reborn or rejuvenation? if for reborn then simply use the debug mod and give yourself a bunch of rare candies.............. if for rejuvenation each town has an audino trainer you can use for exp farming and if you grab the exp all from the game corner merchant in the starting town it makes it all the easier

It was for Reborn since I'm basically married to Audino Trainers in Rejuvenation. I used the debug in Reborn to level up quickly.

  3. Asking because damn, I feel outright dirty after that fight. I used more Revival Herbs than I'd admit otherwise and a Sturdy Donphan with Endeavor and Ice Shard, basically cheesing. But I read from past posts that a lot of people had no trouble with that fight which leaves me puzzled.

Seriously, the Gliscor and Excadrill outspeed everything and hit like a truck and that's without counting the bizarre Torterra. How did you guys deal with that?

  4. Do you have anything with damage over time? There is a berry seller in town so you can buy anti-sleep berries, Gardevoir opens with a Dark Z-Move and targets pokemon weak to it, so you can use a Ghost pokemon in the frontline so she WILL attack it in the first turn, Raltz will cast sleep in your remaining pokemon, the equipped berry will wake him up and then he will be able to Curse/Poison/Burn/Perish Song the Gardevoir.

The rest of the Raltz and Kirlia always cast sleep first and then dream eater, so since it's a double battle you can use the turn of the awakened pokemon to wake up the sleeping one with a berry so he can then attack and they won't hurt the newly awakened pokemon since they will have attacked it with dream eater. Repeat all that and you eventually win.

I've sorted it and beaten gardevoir, thankyou all so much

Nice. I really loved how the cutscene followed before her next battle with the Final Endeavor music playing and you all ''Let's send the witch back to hell!''

By the way, I recommend you have a fast electric Pokemon and something with Prankster ready for what's to come. You aren't far-off from the Grand Dream Tournament, the battles will have a limit of 3 pokemon and the third opponent of the first round will kind of outspeed whatever you have, so it'd be good to cast some debuffs on him.

Just an update for you all, I accidentally deleted my entire save file and need to start from scratch:)))))))))))

Use the save file you posted online here https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Z2ImnpktR3vsXN8Yq6hnNt67BQ_z1agE and paste it in your save folder.

Also if you are struggling, there is a berry seller in town so you can buy anti-sleep berries, Gardevoir opens with a Dark Z-Move and targets pokemon weak to it, so you can use a Ghost pokemon in the frontline so she WILL attack it in the first turn, Raltz will cast sleep in your remaining pokemon, the equipped berry will wake him up and then he will be able to Curse/Poison/Burn/Perish Song the Gardevoir.

That battle isn't about power or speed, it's a puzzle that the game gives you all the tools to solve.

  7. I sincerely feel the biggest problem with that fight is that you are locked in an area with limited access. Normally in the game you'd be able to travel a bit and get some pokemon or items to counter the situation at hand, but at that part you can't do that. I can very easily imagine an unlucky player that finds itself locked there with no versatility in items or pokemon to beat that battle.

Currently stuck in a spot where misty terrain is necessary but i haven't trained up the sylveon i have so i was wondering if i'm pretty much stuck or if it learns misty terrain past level 74.

    Question, are you at

    Spoiler

Rift Gardevoir's fight? Cause if so, I was going through similar trouble, wanted Misty Terrain but couldn't time travel to a move reminder, though I found a different solution: Rift Gardevoir will open with a DARK Z-Move prioritizing whoever is weak to her. So you can open with something like a GHOST type to bait her and your second pokemon can be something with Toxic, Curse, Perish Song or whatever to use on her so she'd eventually die. The partner Raltz and Kirlias will always use Dream Kiss on whoever is awake so you should have Chesto berries equipped to counter that and a lot of spares for that fight. There is a chesto berry seller in Hiyoshi City

  9. Perhaps Marianette is similar to Vivian? In an event she dies, she reincarnates as a child soon after. So Melia and Melasine could be two different people, justifying different backstories, but still identical to the point overlapping is possible. So maybe Melia isn't actually Marianette, but a reincarnation of her as well, and then both Melasine and Madame X could be the next ones in the cycle of rebirth

  10. Melasine. Malesine? I don't remember how her name was written. I'm reffering to the girl in the alternate present, the one ruined with the red sea corroding everything. The reason I'm led to believe it's her starts with the Yveltal and her phrase ''father, I have failed you'' once Melia defeats her. It's the same thing Madame X said when I beat her episodes ago. They both are the only people with Yveltal in Rejuvenation, but there is more than that.

Melasine essentially becomes an overlord in the alternate present. She also is the bearer of the Time Diamond, hers being in a much newer state. Meanwhile, in the normal timeline, Madame X is the one that bears the Time Diamond, but hers was already used some times. If they are both the same person, Madame X could be normal timeline's Melasine, but one from a few years in the future that used the Time Diamond to travel back in time and to do other stuff.

Other things that lead me to believe they are the same person is: both don't have their mothers, both took over Blacksteeple Castle. And and, in the normal timeline, Madame X is a person powerful enough to control the entire Team Xen, our enemy team. In the alternate timeline, Melasine somehow acquires power enough to control most of what remains of the world. Team Xen has technology advanced enough to mass produce Shadow Pokemon and Deoxys, while Melasine has technology that holds the genetic code of hundreds of pokemon and can potentially be used to also mass produce any pokemon with their genetic data written there.

Well, the actual situation is heavily spoilerific, so I won't into detail in that regard, but you basically wind up being given three choices. One will get you a game over, one will give you a bad end but still let you continue (that's the one I made it through with), and the last one is the good end. They don't make it easy, to put it simply.

Are the game overs right after the choices or at the end of the episode? Asking cause I forgot to alter the backup file number so if it takes too long I might reset to the start of the episode in order to allow multi backup again and analyze each choice. But if it's right after, which means I already went through it, I'd leave till the episode end is reached
