Hi all, I am finally onto Ciel. i got myself a feebas, but now I need the prims scale. i know where it is, but don't know exactly if I can access it yet cos I can't leave Agate. Does anyone know offhand if its possible or do I have to finish the story first? I need to level a water pokemon to help me with Ciel and I would prefer that pokemon to be Milotic, but if it's not possible it would save me a lot of time

Gen 1 was the good old dayzzzz haha, I remember ice being broken and super effective against everything almost Just when you think you have gotten used to the difficulty of reborn it throws you a sideball. I just finished the waste treatment thing and got wrecked at titanias house so training up again

6th one is Nidoking (Giovanni) haha And thanks for the help and clarity, I used Golem and explosion and that worked it out easy. Terra also wasnt as hard as I thought. My Liligant literally one shot her Hippo, Claydol and Swagsire. Garchomp wasn't as easy cos I thought Dragon was supereffective against dragon but clearly I don't remember all too much from Gen1. altogether it wasnt as hard as I thought it would be. On to scale some waterfalls...

So it seems there isn't much I can do. I watched a video where a guy used a golem and explosion. Thats all good, except that in the video he shows how to get the linkstone on route 2, but in episode 15 it seems the layout has changed and I don't know how to get to the link stone now. See image I have circled where the hopping stones used to be that allowed you to get to the linkstone in the rock on the far left. Is it still possible to get there? According to my itemfinder there is still an item in the rock. I cant hop on the crustle either

I Picked Charizard (yeah yeah fanboy, but he is my alltime favourite) I just don't see the good in a breloom when I used Liligant

Ok, so I have gotten to mewtwo. And I am stuck there, my team barely puts a dent on it. My mismagius no longer has destiny bond so I can't take it take down that way and for some reason my ghost moves aren't working on it either. I thought ghost was super effective against psychic in gen1 but it seems I was wrong? This is my team: I also have the following to switch between: Noivern, Meowstic and Steelix Are any of these viable for Mewtwo? Or should I work on something else maybe bug related? I have the following (who are very low levels) Venipede Kricketune Beautifly I could also go catch a Pawniard which would save a bit of grinding As far as I know I can't leave Agate yet otherwise I would go to Azurine island to get shelmet and accelgor Any advice on the mewtwo battle? I have also attached what I have in my collection in case I am missing anything? Also I can't seem to find a guide on what Terra has on her team. And I would like to prepare in advance on whatI may need to train up to beat her, any advice on that please?

Could I ask how that works? From previous pokemon games, while TMs are possible to be learnt through level ups, HM moves could not ever be learnt? Would that make Rock Climb a TM or HM(TX) in reborn? Or is reborn just different that way? Either way I don't mind waiting, I would just like to understand how it works

I am with Aya now and I am taking advantage of the free training since after every battle you get refreshed and can't actually catch a druddigon to test whether it works outside of battle

I don't believe this is true well not technically anyway. I just fought a druddigon that used rock climb against me. Though I dont believe we can use it without the required gym badge? I can't catch it to test out since I am currently with Aya on my way to Cancleon

So I paid attention to the mystery egg event having started from ep15 I was excited to think I could get my hands on some really nice pokemon until I found out that: The pokemon you get is determined when you pick your starter and not an actual 1/18 chance to randomly change your odds by soft resetting before trading the egg And that you could only trade it once AND i subsequently got a shroomish :/ I did note in the many threads I read that everybody seemed to want a larvesta. Am I odd for wanting an axew? Anyway apart from restarting (after 50 hours of play I really don't feel like doing that) I guess this is just a rant thread and I will sit back and patiently wait for Axew to be released in a later episode along with many other dragon/ psuedo legendaries.

I can't get back to that part, I am stuck in Agate, but after several hours of grinding I defeated Samon with my newly levelled Noivern and one revive thanks to his retarded Hawlucha, everything else on his team was moderatly handled, but that Hawlucha Now I am on to the next part. Definitely going to working on the diversity of my team and adding in some TMs that I can. I have a lot of projects I want to work on at some point but as of now none of them seem like they would benefit me

Wow thanks never even thought of trying the light screen move. My simipour already has acrobatics though and is at level 54 currently I will keep grinding then with the rainbow clown. I see there are some flying types on route 2 that I can try as well. Guess this teaches me to slow down rather than trying to get through the story

Ok. so I have made my way to Agate circus, little did I know I can't actual return to reborn city. In the past when I got stuck at a particular gym leader and needed new pokemon to level up I would just slap on an exp share go to Ames centre and challenge the character there an unlimited amount of times. Now I am at Samson and I have realised I am seriously lacking in flying and psychic moves. I have several seriously ubnderlevelled candidates who are in their 40s or 50s. These would namely be: Nooibat Meowstic Tropius Simipour My current team which is appriately levelled consists of Mismagius (susceptible to dark moves), Charizard who only knows wing attack and is susceptible to rock attacks, Krookadile who adds nothing currently, Liligant who also doesnt add anything and stelix ho is at a major disadvantage I have seen the clown who does a rainbow wheel thing but becuase it is so random I don't always seem to have the best matchups going in. All the wild pokemon on route 2 also don't seem to offer too much exp so my question: Which of the 4 candidates I listed should I prioritise? Wheres the best place to train? Should I just grind on in route 2 or just keep trying the rainbow wheel clown dude?

I am sure I have been there on a normal day (my memory fails me now, but I will go back and check on my next normal/ sunny day... Also I got rainy day from the old lady then in one of the caves the magma leader was waiting to battle and after defeating him I got sunny day Thanks for replying and assisting me, I try to search where I can, but it isn't always easy with the massive amount of unrelated content that comes with it

So I got the crystal key and remembered that in tanzan mountain west there was area that had a crystal rock and I went there and followed the pathway and got to this area: I have no clue what it is or where it goes. Can anybody let me know? I don't mind figuring out how to get past it, just want to know whether its worth the effort? Also I have been seeing a bunch of areas that have rock climb walls but have not yet found rock climb. I also havent found surf or fly which is a pain when having to go across the map to cities for quests. Should I have gotten them yet or do they come later in the game? I have currently just set Luna free from the arceus cults on 7th street

Thanks for the quick reply, now to hunt for the helix fossil. I have one other question if I may. The squirtle event that replaced mudlkip - I spoke to the guy to activate the event, but when I go to the location there is no squirtle :/? Did I do something wrong? I have been there when there is rain and when there is thinderstorms but no luck. The scientist who activates the event said "the pokemon may have already been collected by someone else who knows"

Hi all, I am a new member to the forum, not new to the pokemon games. one thing for sure is that reborn is unlike any other and that I am absolutely loving it. i played the game up until the battle with Ditto/ Arceus before I started looking at guides mainly to make sure I had not missed anything and I was astounded by the wealth of knowledge available. I was a little sad that the one guide only went up to Spinel Town, so I have been eagerly waiting for it to be updated. One of the most fun and frustrating parts is the updates that happen, some of the events change a little and when reffering to old guides it gets a little confusing. Anyway on to my questions. I understand that the stolen pokemon in the beginning of the game Magikarp was axed back in episode 11, however when I started in episode 15 the quest was still there. I got to the part where the aqua gang member said he sold it to someone on 7th street and that is where I have just got to. I beat the official 8th gym leader and am chasing down El/ Elias. It's my first time in 7th street because I was previously unaware of it. Anyway, I spoke to everyone I could on 7th street, without activating the next part of the El/ Elias event. 1) I could not find anyone that would have bought the ex magikarp. Does anybody know what the pokemon now is and where to get it? I then found another instance by the guy who is selling all the black market pokemon where a guy offers me a super rare pokemon for 500$ and it gets stolen too. From what I could find this is apparently a separate instance not related to the ex magikarp and is as of ep15 not yet complete? Am I correct or are these linked and complete? 2) I got the mission from the Aqua leader that we are going to attack the old lady. I am going to do this before I carry on with the El/Elias main story. Is there anything I should watch out for? 3) The guy who sells pokemon on the black market on 7th street. Apparently if you buy all the pokemon another pokemon will confront you and you can catch it? I could not find much on this. And apparently once you buy all the pokemon some new pokemon are introduced and can be bought? Is this true or is it only the pokemon that are on display that can be bought? 4) Lastly, are there any other noticable events linked to 7th street? I feel like despite playing for quite a while now I am not even anywhere near the end of the game which I I think is awesome. I don't normally use guides to play, but I have noticed that compared to all other pokemon games, reborn is on a whole different level and I would hate to miss anything that I can't come back to
