I've given all the applications to the members of Aqua Gang, except for Archer. I have the Silph application in hand and have tried multiple times to give it to him. His dialogue seems to be locked into "come back to me when all the other members have jobs," which they do.
I am about 90% sure this is the right save file but it looks a little wonky to me (I last saved today 8/18/2018 but the modified date shows 2017).
Anyways... help? I'd really like to complete this quest!
Talk to him now then show him the application, should work. It is a bug for those wondering.

Also Maxwell doesn't respond to me waving the solice application in his face (yes I found jobs for all the others, I think plus I finished all the renovations). Lastly some of the megastones from previous episodes are still in the items inventory while also being in crystals inventory, if those could be removed it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

@Jedbucko1 I have, just talk to Simon (he is literally next to you). Maybe you didn't replace the correct file? Should be in C:/Users/YourName/Saved Games/Pokemon Reborn

You hadn't talked to Simon in the tanzan meteor base before so your quest was inactive. I activated the quest so you should be good to go now, the quest starts by talking to him in Beryl Cemetery.

Battle the electrode and use discharge, it will make the system online and you'll be able to activate it.

1) Natu - Can't activate the totem again or get to citae arc'distrae to catch
2) whismur - Gave away during arclight quest and forgot to breed Loudred
3) azurill - I don't have a sea incense to give to marill for breeding plus i've looked everywhere and it seems the only ones that are available were before the city is restored.
Do you know if the Shedinja bug has been reported? Seems I can't get one evolving Nincada and having an extra slot in the party
If you don't mind having a bunch of edited pokemon in then yeah I can add all of the mentioned above. I also think the shedinja bug is known and will be fixed for public release.

I didn't notice this for some time thanks to me not using these pokemon but on my save file not all of the mega stones I have collected from previous episodes have went into the new spot for them in the bag.
This also causes another bug that allows me to create a copy of the mega stone as long as another pokemon holds the cloned stone, otherwise the game will say that there is only one in the bag. As seen here with Aipom.
Old items do tend to have that error, unfortunately.
Try to give it to a pokemon, then toss it from your bag, then take the megastone so it automatically sends itself to the z-mega stones location. If it doesn't work and you want it in the z crystals pocket badly attach your savefile.

They give different dialogue, for example if you give Titania Blue Moon Ice Cream in the water treatment center, she says "thanks, after all you saved my life" or something along those lines after her gym battle. Though as the users above said they don't mean too much, as of know.
