    Is it worth using A Capsule on Skrelp from Poison Touch to Adaptibility?

      Adaotability hits hard everytime, while for poison touch you have to use contact moves and you MIGHT get the poison. The first seems better, specially considering the kind of moves dragalge learns.

      I think Poison Touch is a little buggy in Rejuv cause wild skrelp's Bubble managed to poison my mons~
