  1. Thanks guys. I just started playing this file again and wasn't sure if I had reached 7th Street yet. That's a bummer. I'll try the rest of the advice though.
  2. So basically I stopped playing for a while, but I've started back up and am continuing a Mono-Grass run I started. I'm pretty much stumped at how to beat Serra at this point. I can't even come close with my current team: Ludicolo Lv 46 / Swift Swim Giga Drain Rain Dance Bubble Beam Hydro Pump Roselia Lv 46 / Poison Point Giga Drain Synthesis Grass Whistle Toxic Spikes Exegguter Lv 46 / Chlorophyll Leaf Storm Extrasensory Poison Powder Sleep Powder Tangrowth Lv 46 / Regenerator Ancient Power Knock Off Rock Smash Giga Drain Gourgeist Lv 47 / Pickup Leech Seed Pain Split Shadow Ball Destiny Bond Jumpluff Lv 48 / Chlorophyll Leech Seed Sleep Powder Mega Drain Acrobatics Torterra Lv 50 / Shell Armor Crunch Synthesis Earthquake Razor Leaf As you guys can probably see, my team has a bit of an issue with ice types (My only super effective move being Ancient Powder on Tangrowth, who gets one-hit KO'd by most of Serra's Pokemon). I've been thinking of trying a dual-type Grass pokemon that could help, but considering Breloom and Ferrothorn aren't available in-game, there aren't many options. I was considering Cradily, but I would have to mine for the fossil, but I've already mined every available mining rocks so far (to my knowledge). Do you guys suggest still looking for a Cradily, and if so, I could simply use blast powder from seventh street to mine the rocks again, right? And where exactly would I go to revive the fossil? Also, what moves would you guys suggest, and what changes should I make to my team? Any help would be appreciated.
  3. Yeah, that must be the issue then. Thanks for the help guys
  4. Hello, after reading this guide, I tried my hand at breeding TM moves using the Reborn E12 game from the OP. In Reborn E15, I put my male Blaziken (Bulk Up as the slot 4 move) and female Scraggy in the day care, walked into the candy shop and saved. Then I loaded the E12 game, and walked around until an egg would appear at the day care. Then I saved and loaded E15, walked to the daycare, and took the egg from the Daycare man. However, each time when the egg would hatch, the hatched Scraggy wouldn't know Bulk Up. Any thoughts on what I could be doing wrong?
  5. Kinda unrelated, but when you get an egg, are the pokemon's IVs, EVs, Moves, Nature, etc. all predetermined? Thanks for everyone who answered btw
  6. So I'm doing a Mono-Fighting run of Reborn and just caught Corey's Croagunk and was wondering if I could breed Swords Dance onto it. I know that TMs can be breeded to other Pokemon in Reborn, but Toxicroak can learn Swords Dance and Croagunk cannot. Would it be possible to chain breed a Croagunk with Swords Dance (and if it is possible, can someone show me xp)? Also, can move tutor moves be breeded in Rebor (like Gunk Shot on Toxicroak)?
  7. So I'm currently at the part of the game where you face Aya, and I'm currently having a difficult time. I know my team isn't the best, but I haven't really ventured into competitive pokemon (or even played the newer games in general) since around the time Diamond was released. Any suggestions are appreciated. My team currently is: Emolga Acrobatics Volt Switch Electro Ball Shock Wave Sunflora Double-Edge Petal Dance Giga Drain Leaf Storm Panpour Cut Scald Crunch Acrobatics Blaziken Slash Rock Smash Blaze Kick Double Kick Butterfree Sleep Powder Bug Buzz Supersonic Psybeam Muk Mud Bomb Fling Gunk Shot Sludge Wave I'm definitely considering taking out Panpour and Butterfree. Panpour just doesn't have that great of stats, and Butterfree isn't much better either. I'm definitely also taking out Sunflora for this gym at least. What are some good pokemon to replace them with? I was thinking of a psychic type like Meowstick and maybe a ground type like Donphan, Sandslash, or Golem. Also, is Muk worth keeping for the rest of the game? It seems like a decent special wall, and Sludge Wave is a pretty good move, but other than it hasn't been anything special. By the way, how exactly do I get the Espurr in Peridot, and I'm not too familiar with the gen 5/6 Pokemon, so is there a major difference between male/female Meosticks?
  8. Edit: Nevermind, I found out where to go. Anyway, I'm enjoying this game very much
