Once you've found all five policemen, you get a Growlithe. You can trade a Growlithe egg for a random egg that's set once you choose your starter Pokémon. That's the Egg that Luna's talking about.

I usually have a rushed breakfast, steal some of my friends' lunches in addition to eating my own and have a lot for dinner. There are times when I don't eat for a day or so, but I always make up for it later.
