never know someone will know that old series, especially when .HACK/G.U is much better known :v
that aside, Char is pretty straight-forward now, have some Pokemon that boost your speed(Tailwind), and some glass cannon Pokemon(I recommend Krookodile, which is quite fast with early usage of EQ, or Golem) and some Rock type, Water is not the best Type to use unless it know Scald
I dont have any Rock types or pokemon with EQ, i have 3 psychic types(meowstic, gardevoir, gothitelle), blaziken, vileplume and my hm slave.
I just catched pokemon that interested me or i like the design of instead of creating a team with a ton of type coverage, but if i was able to get past all gyms and challenges so far i think i can get past this one too, i still have Meowstics Light Screen which helped me a lot in a lot of situations, ill probably level my pokemon to the early 60s and see how it goes, ill leave blaziken as is, its already overleveled.

In my dark mono-run, I abuse Focus Band to tank some attack and using move like Sucker Punch and Knock Off to make the fight easier
I do this cause i do not want to spam the forum with additional threads for each and every question i have.
Anyway, i am just before Charlottes Gym, but my pokemon are all in their mid-late 50s(with Blaziken being 68 because... reasons :3), i dont think that it will be enough like in the last gyms, you guys have any recommendations for good training spots? Or are mid-late 50s pokemon enough?

In Calcenon City, i met Charlotte who ran off, saphire and hardy complaining about the barrier and how they wanna get through it, and cain along with Anne who said to get Dive, do i really have to backtrack all the way to the circus? I really dont want to have to do that..

Ok i feel like i need to start this.
Blaziken is too strong, too overpowered, it can sweep things too easily, with Bulk-up and Speed Boost along with High-Jump Kick, Flare Blitz and Brave Bird make it have too much type coverage and base 120 stab moves, one of which doesnt have a severe drawback unless ur cursed by the RNG gods by that 10%.
Ive swept 3 gyms with this thing and its starting to feel a little bit ridiculous now, granted 2 of those were against pokemon that i had a type advantage against, but still.
I dont know how you guys feel about this, but i feel like Blaziken kind of invalidates some of the difficulty that this game is meant to have.
I was sorta scared to make this thread at first because of the reactions that i would get.

Just get Speed Boost Blaziken and teach it High-Jump Kick and Bulk-Up, gratz u now have an overpowered sweeper.

Strategy i employed, beat Arceus in about 2 tries.
Start with Bibarel = Judgment becomes grass type.
Bibarel dies.
Switch to Vileplume = Watch as she tanks Judgment like a goddess, only taking 65 hp damage out of her 150 total.
Vileplume casts sleep powder until his full heals run out.
When its asleep, switch to Blaziken.
Blaziken hits 2 High-Jump-Kicks and destroys Arceus.

I see, very interesting, i cant decide between the two of them,
El also said something very bad at luna on the ice type gym events when she left, so im more leaning to randomus now, i dont know, randomus got his pokemon stolen and he doesnt give a shit? He does it cause he wants to keep his supposed "brainwashed" luna happy? Seems suspicious too

Yeah i use it near the spider webs on the trees and it says "The sweet scent faded for some reason".
Its starting to annoy me.
EDIT: Finally did it, got myself a Pinsir and the Sticker, awesome.El or Randomus? To me it seems like Randomus is more of a bad guy, but im saying this cause Gardevoir is my favourite Pokemon so im biased, then again, i dont like the whole "religious holy" stuff either, those guys are more bad than good in most cases and stories, so im not sure, what do you guys think?

How do i clear the webs? Ive got some honey but when i use it, it says "the sweet scent dissapeared".

I am trying to do the sticker quest in the Nature Center part and i cant figure out where the glasses are in the South Aventurine Woods, what do i need to do(except for the bouffallants)to access the glasses? I dont know where they are.

?7th street sells it i believe.
You can also get it from somewhere else muuuuuch earlier in the game, i got it that way, but i forgot where.
Edit: Go to this thread http://www.pokemonreborn.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=13417 , ctrl+f on your keyboard and type in Magnet Powder.

I believe laura's backstory is find sirius at yureyu and stop sigmund at the house. It doesn't actually change the plot it just gives you different information, plus you get to see sigmund get hyperbeamed.
so basically if i chose to fight sigmund on the yureyu i cant see that awesome sight?

If i fought sigmund and chose to go upstairs to stop sigmund will i get Lauras backstory? I heard that its awesome, also, does this choice matter a lot? Or does it even out in the end?

Ive searched on google about the 7th street and i raided the magma hideout but i cant ask about the 7th street from the gang leader, am i missing something here? The results from google say that you have to complete the side quests and then ask about the 7th street.
I want to get the Blast Powder for the Ralts.
EDIT: NEVERMIND got Ralts cause i picked up Magnet Powder from somewhere.

Ok, it seems like the walkthrough ive been using for the game so far has just finished.
The reason i used it was because of this games storyline, i didnt want to miss anything or do something silly.
So i was wondering if theres another one or if you guys could tell me what to watch out for and what i have to make sure to do in future areas as i do not want to miss anything or do anything stupid and i want to go through the complete story.

Using curse on duskull is also effective if you don't want to level up kriketune to level 50

I have a Kriketune, thanks bro, ill do that.
He learns it at level 50, well, there goes another 1h+ grinding to lvl 50, lol.
And then hope that he actually casts it instead of not obeying me.
Any tips for fast leveling?

I dont like the design of either, ill catch them if i absolutely have to however, if i cant beat the gym with my own pokemon.
Are the Piloswine in Route 4 enough? Will they evolve into Mamoswine? Or do i have to go somewhere else to catch one?
