i downloaded the mods and if follow step by step i replaced the mods in the data file
what do i need to do next how can i see that teh mods work and how can i trigger them

After i learnt that i had a bug with keta i download the update file 8 i did replace the update files separately and now if I want to save or try to go to options the game freezes with that message then I removed all versions of rejuvenation savefiles not included I redownload it again and its still dont work I even try to go 8.1 and then update with 9.2. But it just wont succeed

If you are sure the files are in tact then it's a problem with the game itself. Jan will have to fix it. But it seems very likely you are just overlooking something with the files.
I haven't applied the latest patch though so there is a chance it's related to that.
