On a stormy day (i think) you can find a numel near where the train blows up at the beginning of the story...That might be the best option if you can't find anything else. Also (although this is much later in the game), I think you can get Drilbur when Team Meteor teleports you from their base in Tanzan Mountain and you find the giant Steelix (just before PULSE Abra).

There's a Shiny Stone in one of the rocks in the Citae Circ d'Astrae If I recall correctly, you can find Shelmet occasionally in the Azurine Island Also, you can find Chinchou in one of the Dive spots. Pretty legit in my opinion

You can get Rufflet on Route 2 if I remember correctly.

BTW you can obtain Gastly, go to the wasteland and you should find a tunnel that lets you fight Spectral Kiki. Once you defeat her, you get Gastly.

Yeah that must be it. Along with the fact that it had too much HP before my last use of Fury Cutter to think of using a Potion.

Does anyone else think the PULSE Tangrowth has become easier? I used to get stuck on it all the time in E13 and E14, but this time I beat it with a Lv. 18 Kricketune with Fury Cutter. What do you think? -nsbwinner2
