Toufu Survivor

I was wondering, how extensively does this mod change the game? Is it just wild encounters and a few extra mechanics for the player, or do areas and plots change? Also, are altforms available for NPCs? Thanks in advance for answering my questions, I gotta congratulate you on your cool initiative!

Definitely giving this a try, i liked a lot the -i don't even know where i am but i gotta survive- vibe the plot has (or at least that's how i perceived it lol).
