Alright guys, I found the shiny stone. I'm going to explain its location. It is in fact on azurine Island. After jumping over the first ledge, you head to the first quite big patch of grass. The one with a puddle above it. Go to the bottom left og that patch between those trees, and head out in the swamp from there. Follow it all the way down to the rock and there's the shiny stone
