Stealth Rocks are practically useless vs samson, since Fighting resists Rock. Toxic Spikes is much better in this case. Toxic Spikes Roserade resists Fighting and is fast enough to land 2 tox spikes.
But some of them may have Guts, so you'll end up helping them more than hurting them. Spikes/Sticky Web is a better hazard in my honest opinion .

Also this team doesn't like the sun very well, seeing as Bisharp + Rotom-W + Serperior doesn't like getting rekt by Fire moves at all (or Energy Ball/Solarbeam in Rotom-W's case).
Speaking of weather, you don't exactly like Swift Swim/Sand Rush pokes either, most notably Excadrill since it alone can pose a huge threat to half of your team.

So my team is in my Trainer Card
I'm still looking for something that i can replace Quagsire with, because it seems too passive for me. Milotic or Slowbro maybe a better choice, but i don't even know.
And speaking of hazard removal, i'd prefer Defog much more than Rapid Spin, though i don't see a way to jam it into my team.

I'm not good at this, but I'll still give you my thoughts
_ Wild Charge + Eruption is a bit weird imo
_ Your team is a bit iffy against Poison, since they can have EQ/Earth Power to deal with Mawile. And then, the Poison spam begins.
_ There's always stuff like Scarf Chomp and Scarf/Sand Rush Exca to ruin your day with EQ spam, seeing as you don't have anything to tank it, beside Lapras, which can't do much against them anyway. You can always set Sylve to be a physical tank, but there's always Poison Jab/Iron Head. Intimidate isn't enough
_ How about setup sweepers in singles ? Once your Zoroark is out, you don't have much to deal with them, physical or special.

Deal.With.It
It's not exactly a new thing anymore. I've got that once because a duo couple got pissed when I told them that we could've won if we had just grouped. Then they flamed at me and convinced the other team to report me.
To,dr : You can't do anything about it, so just get over it and move on.

I'd find a safe place and revert back to Version 4 to change the difficulty.

So, i'll post my team here, and i'd like some help to improve it i guess.
FUNGUY (Amoonguss) : Spore
HP Fire
Giga Drain
Sludge Bomb
SWAGSIRE (Quagsire) : Scald
EQ
Toxic
Recover
I CAN FLY (Talonflame) : Tailwind
Brave Bird
Flare Blitz
Roost
FRAUG (Greninja) : Gunk Shot
Ice Beam
Dark Pulse
Scald (no Hydro Miss, no Surf killing my own team)
EXCAKILL (Excadrill) : Rapid Spin
EQ
Iron Head
Rock Slide
Y U NO UMBREON (Sylveon) : Hyper Voice
Wish
Protect
HP Electric
This team is mostly built around singles and doubles, with Talonflame's Tailwind + Exca/Sylve aoe spam in doubles, and the normal stuff for singles. I need SWAGSIRE for physical threats + physical setup sweepers. Amoonguss is there for the Spore and for taking hits with Regenerator. Greninja is always nice for singles and it can help double-teaming a threat in doubles. I know that it's not perfect, but it's the 1st team that i've ever built all on my own, so it gives me some sentimental values.

I'm not Ame or a member of the dev team, but i'll give you my thoughts about this
1. Ame wants to keep Reborn as close to the main game as possible, so nope
2. Can be nice
3. Can be a thing, but that's too much coding. Imagine like 30 different combinations of clothes
4. Mega Evolutions are mostly pre-Elite 4 or post game (i think), seeing how powerful some of them are. For your custom Mega Evolutions, Ame wants to keep Reborn as close to the main game as possible, so nope
5. Check out 3
6. Ame wants to keep Reborn as close to the main game as possible, so nope
7. Ame wants to keep Reborn as close to the main game as possible, so nope
Ideas are 1 thing, but execution is a whole new problem.

Anyone knows a good+easy to learn adc that can fit both offensive and defensive side ? I really don't want to only stick with support/filler for ranked games. If it's possible, i want to know at least 2 champs that fit the description.

I have a Serperior in my second save file, but unfortunately I'm past agate circus right now so I can't breed it :/
I can revert to an older episode to return to the city but I don't remember at which part I'm right now and if I have to defeat a gym leader.
Maybe in the next days I'll start that save again and see what I can do for you
That'll work, thanks.

I'm gonna guess that we're gonna need it to change Deoxys form. Maybe team Meteor will use it in the next episode ?
Yeah, it should have something to kill Excadrill, like Flamethrower.
