  1. Firstly, i'm gonna say that i'm just making this thread to see how good/bad this team is (it was the first team that i built) and to put it out there so that someone can use it if they want to. I have no intention of actually using this team on Showdown because i just don't have the time to play Pokemon competitively. So, let's get on with the team.

    First look

    Magnezone @ Choice Scarf
    Ability: Magnet Pull
    EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SpA / 30 Spe
    - Hidden Power [Fire]
    - Flash Cannon
    - Thunderbolt
    - Volt Switch

What are the things that annoy Scizor the most ? Skarmory and Ferrothorn and opponent Scizor. Magnezone is here to help with that. As long as Skarm and Ferro aren't carrying Shed Shells (and opponent Scizor doesn't have Superpower), Magnezone will take them out of the game. T-Bolt is STAB, Volt Switch is for pivoting and keeping up the momentum, HP Fire is for opponent Ferro+Scizor, and Flash Cannon is there to help with the Fairy pokemon (Clefable for example)

    Dugtrio @ Focus Sash
    Ability: Arena Trap
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Stealth Rock
    - Sucker Punch
    - Earthquake
    - Reversal

Even though Magnezone has already covered a lot for Scizor, there're also other things that Magnezone alone can't help with. That's why it calls its friend Dugtrio from BL2 to help it. Dugtrio can trap and kill Heatran (again with the Shed Shell part). It can also trap and kill other threats (M-Lopunny and M-Medicham once Fake Out is gone, ....). EQ is STAB, Sucker Punch and Reversal are there to help Duggy kill either the mon that are faster than it, or the mon that don't mind EQ that much. Stealth Rocks is just there for possible hazards (not really possible because Duggy's job is revenge killing and not setting up hazards)

    Azumarill @ Choice Band
    Ability: Huge Power
    EVs: 172 HP / 252 Atk / 84 Spe
    Adamant Nature
    - Waterfall
    - Play Rough
    - Aqua Jet
    - Superpower/Knock Off

Azu is here just to put a dent in something. Rotom-Wash somehow switches into a Play Rough/Knock/Superpower ? Dented. M-Sableye somehow switches into a Waterfall/Play Rough ? Dented. I'm still having trouble deciding between Superpower or Knock Off for it. Knock Off eases predictions, but Superpower can help to lure in Ferro/Heatran (obviously not a thing in higher ladder).

    Weavile @ Life Orb
    Ability: Pressure
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Ice Shard
    - Icicle Crash
    - Knock Off
    - Pursuit/Low Kick

Weavile is here to do what it does best, and that is hurting something. The first 3 moves are self explanatory. Pursuit is there for catching Psychic type pokemon if they want to switch out against Weavile (probably only usable in the lower ladder), and Low Kick is there to help with Ferro (if Magnezone is down) and/or TTar (if Duggy is out).

    Latias @ Leftovers
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpA
    Bold Nature
    IVs: 0 Atk
    - Dragon Pulse
    - Psyshock
    - Roost
    - Defog

I know what you're thinking. WHY THE HECK WOULD I HAVE THIS EV SPREAD ? WHERE IS HEALING WISH ? WHERE IS DRACO????? Well, this is certainly a weird set for Latias. But bear with me. I have this spread on Latias because i just need it to live. A lot of Dugtrio's revenge-killing capability relies on it still having Focus Sash, and Weavile relies on the field being hazard-free for it to switch in and do damage. Yes, yes, i know that the normal Latias with 252 SpA/Spd is already somewhat bulky enough to take a hit and use Defog. The main reason that i have this EV spread and moveset on Latias is because i want to have another thing to take the hit for Scizor, so that Scizor can just focus on setting up and cleaning up the game.

    AND FINALLY, the 6th member

    lgcc0fi.gif

    Scizor-Mega @ Scizorite
    Ability: Light Metal
    EVs: 248 HP / 44 Atk / 16 Def / 200 SpD
    Impish Nature
    - Swords Dance
    - Roost
    - Bullet Punch
    - U-turn

The last, but DEFINITELY not the least, my favorite pokemon. This is a very common set for Scizor, so i won't be talking into it at all. Once its threats are gone with the help of its teammates (Duggy, Magnezone, Azumarill), it can set up and win the game. That's the name of the title, and Scizor is the hero that this team needs and deserves.

    Copy/Paste Import :

    Scizor-Mega @ Scizorite
    Ability: Light Metal
    EVs: 248 HP / 44 Atk / 16 Def / 200 SpD
    Impish Nature

    - Roost
    - Bullet Punch
    - U-turn

    Magnezone @ Choice Scarf
    Ability: Magnet Pull
    EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SpA / 30 Spe

    - Flash Cannon
    - Thunderbolt
    - Volt Switch

    Dugtrio @ Focus Sash

    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Ice Shard
    - Icicle Crash
    - Knock Off
    - Pursuit

    Obvious weaknesses

_ Talonflame of any descriptions : CB set hits too hard, SD+Roost Talon sets up easily on Duggy+Scizor+Latias, bulky Talon (Wisp+Bulk Up+ Roost) sets up on Scizor.

    _ Kyurem-B with HP Fire : Wallbreaker/10

_ Rotom-Wash : Even though my Latias can 1v1 it, it's still a huge annoyance to my team. Burns 4, and uses Volt Switch on 2.

_ Klefki with Magnet Rise (quite common) Can T-Wave on 4 or Toxic 4. Sets up Spikes on 3 (Duggy+Latias+Weavile, though Latias can Defog)

_ Status effects in general : The team doesn't have status removal, and Lati doesn't have Healing Wish. Any permanent status ailments (poisoned, paralyzed, burned) on my team will stick until the end of the match.

Thanks for taking the time to read all of these, and i hope that you have a great day.

  2. 1. Hey, i'm a protagonist. That means i can do anything, and no matter how stupid it is, people are gonna praise me for doing it anyway

    2. Oh look, a stranger that i've never ever met offered to help me just from me asking. Surely i can believe him and follow his lead, right ? He will never betray me right ?

    3. What ? I'm betrayed by that very stranger ? Well, it's ok, because i'm gonna somehow get my stroke of luck/genius (plot armor) and waltz straight out of his evil scheme. Yay me.

  3. I feel like it will run into problems against blissey, which seems to be everywhere. Focus blast and psyshock don't do enough unless you've really warn it down over the course of the game and go for a late game sweep.

Well you could potentially build a TR team and have something to take care of Blissey. I agree with you on the late game sweep thing though

  4. My first Mix and Megas match :

    http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/mixandmega-335711420

Also, what are your thoughts on a Sablenite holding Reuniclus (either its Trick Room set or its CM Recover set) ? Its base defensive stats are 110/125/135 after Mega evolving, which is quite scary. Also its base Speed drops down to 0 (or 1) so it's really great as a Trick Room user. And with Magic Bounce, only a few things will be able to stop it from getting up a CM or a TR.

  5. No regular human stands a chance against a Pokemon in a fight. So if we assume WWZ-like zombies, that are basically regular humans who just happen to be undead, any Pokemon will do to fight them off. Even if they have strength in numbers, all you need is an AoE move like I dunno, Eruption or EQ or stuff like that.

True, i should make it like L4D zombies then.

  6. So i know that a zombie apocolypse is pretty far fetched, but hear me out. You get to pick 6 pokemon (1 mega if you want) to survive in a zombie apocolypse ("Left 4 Dead 2" type of zombies), and the only rules are :

_ No legendaries (of course. You're just a normal human)
_ 2 of your chosen pokemon must be starters.

Post the list of the pokemon that you would choose, and explain your reason for choosing them. Also, since this is a "real life" situation, your pokemon won't have the 4 move limit or the PP limit, so go wild.

    Me first.

Steelix : for a barrier around my base (it can circle around and keep the zombies out) and a tank when i need to deal with hordes.

Skarmory : for scouting, transportation, and also because it can dive into the zombies and chop their heads off with its sharp wings

Delphox : for giving fire, and psychic power always helps, from building stuff or clearing the way to picking highly hanging fruit and catching fish.

Sceptile (my mega) : it can scavenge for supplies thanks to its amazing speed. Also it can provide some vegetables thanks to Leech Seed

Lanturn : for water, electricity, ice (to keep the zombies away), and transportation.

Blissey : the doctor of the team. It will help with my wounds/diseases and also keep my pokemon up (especially Steelix and Skarmory since they're the front line of this team) as long as possible.

So i wanted some balance between survival, utility, and combat. Steelix and Skarmory, as mentioned above, will be the tank line. While they're diving into the zombies; Lanturn + Sceptile + Delphox will help from the back line. Blissey will do its job as a doctor/healer of the team.

  7. Good episode! It's a shame the fourth season will be so slow but there's no other way i think.

Btw you can get a Trapinch at the Arcade (or at least you could when i played the game) so if you want a Flygon that is the way to go also why you didn't hatch the mysterious egg? You can get a really good pokemon if RNG is in your favor. Will you do it next episode?

His mystery egg is a really really good pokemon, but it needs a lot of grinding though.

  8. Heavy spoilers

You can access Anju's prison in Marianette's gym by having the Ancient Book with you (the Hidden Library 2 help quest). You need to talk to the Absol statue and then a maid will tell you about the prison. Anju is definitely not Marianette's mom, because she said that she missed her son. It'll be awesome to see how that plays out.

  9. So will there be an option for people that has finished E15 to change that scene ? Because i never wanted to look at someone's diary, but i'm not gonna start a new save just to see how it would play out. Also, reading diary -> Amaria finding out -> Ama + Tania jump down the waterfall -> the whole stuff in E15. If we can leave the diary on its own, how will all of that event happen ?
