The only megas that will be uber are Mewtwo X and Y... Unless your discussing Smogon Tiers... then you are in the wrong forum brah, majority of us here could care little to nothing about smogon tiers, we play an almost "everything and anything goes" tier here

Chespin IS a Paladin... Ie: Quilladin Edit: oh look! Someone beat me to the punch... Oh ya! Take this! Mega Ttar is exclusive to X. Mega Aggron is mono steel, has the ability Automize, and is Exclusive to Y. Mega Gengar has Shadow Tag (no he isn't the new Chandy) And the starters are Fighting/Grass, Fire/psychic, and Water Dark... I can finally post this...

Reguarding the rest of the confirmed pokes? I am a tad disapointed honestly... My fav poke this gen are Tyrantrum, Pangoro, and Noivern... The highlight of this gen is Mega Evos, 3d, customizable avys, and more lively pokemmon

Graphics Gale really is awesome, ame recomended it to me and it works great... I am not as good as ame yet... but here is some of my own sprites... Random female sprite I made for fun. As she mentioned before... I used 100 brightness in this, and you can see where... A couple other random ones I made... Here is one based off of Maelstrom One more I made for a gym league I never ended up throwing together...

I think that the other Mega kanto starters will be over the top looking too, and more agressive. It seems that X exclusives are over the top and Y exclusives are more down to earth. Exclusivewise, X also seems more masculine while Y seems more feminine... for some backwards reason
