Unless you are running lifesteal and ad runes, it is necessary. However since most adc's in higher elo's run attack speed runes with ad, hurricane isn't necessary. However since this is Bronze, I wouldn't be surprised to see lifesteal with ad so the attack speed from runnan's is necessary, and if I was to remove one item it would be the shiv
