Made an attempt at lavender/greyish Manaphy and Phione. It's alright I guess lol, not too great though since I haven't been doing this for too long. Not sure if these have been done yet, but I checked the first post and it seems they were still available?

You can catch a Noibat very early on in Reborn, in places like the Underground Railnet.

Sorry, I'm not quite sure if this is the right forum to post this in, but it looked the most promising lol. Anyways, would anyone happen to know if certain pokemon are shiny locked in Reborn? I'm trying to soft reset for a shiny esperr in the house near the first gym, so far no shiny yet. Just want to make sure I'm not wasting my time trying to soft reset for one if it can't even be shiny to begin with lol
