I feel like we should wait until we actually decide our tiers and also wait for manaphy to be available in XY so we can see its entire movepool. As much as I definitely agree at this point it can be OU, it is way too early to think of a decision

Cool.... In x/y there is a friend safari that will allow you to capture pokemon (including other starters) based upon how many FCs you have registered. At time of posting there are over 140 pokemon available here.
For every FC you register, you get up to three pokemon with more occuring if the other person is online and playing x/y. This means that we need ~140 FCs to see everything >.>
Lets help each other by registering each other's FCs... It is important to note that even if you do not have x/y... you will still count towards the friend safari so everyone is welcome

They can very well still sue if there is no profit being made on the game. Neither does the fact that this isn't a rom hack. Source: someone who has been shut down by nintendo before.
I personally don't see it as a big deal because personally I don't care about decisions like this one. I wouldn't worry about jumping to only having a torrent of the game as it wouldn't necessarily stop them from finding it if nintendo really cared.

Then have no fear, I have the solution for you. There is now a /tier command
To use it
/tier teamNum tierName
What does this command do, you ask? Didn't you say that you will stop asking us questions? ARE YOU READING MY MIND?
While the answer to the last two is yes, what this nice function does is that it changes the tier of your team. No longer do you need to scroll up to the top and manually change your team's tier. This command will do it automatically. It will even prevent you from changing to a tier your team is not valid for.
Teams are indexed 1-6 because I have to cater to people who don't know about the glories of 0 based indexing. Tier names are case sensitive and must be typed exactly how they appear in our tier listings.
Lastly... if you notice any bugs with this command, please PM me with how you produced it. Also, please also give me suggestions for what I should program next, I am running out of ideas on how to make you happy.

I run a full HP/sp Def conkeldurr and Chandy barely 2KOs that...
In my opinion, excadrill is only op when you let him set up... if he doesn't... he is pretty beatable
Excadrill normally runs:
Swords Dance
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Iron Head/X-Scissor/Return
Meaning that no matter which one is chosen, there is a gap in its coverage. If it forgoes Swords dance for another one of those moves, even easier to take it out.
EDIT: Either way, it is the abilities that you are finding broken, not the pokemon

As someone who has laddered pretty easily without using a weather team... I personally think that you guys just don't know how to team build well if you are having trouble with those pokemon. There are plenty of good fighting type pokemon or pokemon that resist ground/rock that can easily take on exacdrill.
Chandy is the one I am more incline to agree with but even so... there are plenty of good pokemon who aren't OHKOd by it (cough cough conkeldur and tyranitar) who can very easily kill it back. Chandy also can't run every single HP type so if you have pretty much any pokemon that resists fire or ghost, you are in the clear.

I do have to say... as a dev/coder... it actually isn't hard to incorperate gen 6 into the current PO UNLESS they make a huge metagame shift.

Personally, summer is a pretty good season but I prefer the nice crisp air of autumn, the changing colors, the falling leaves etc. Also, spring is pretty nice with everything in bloom but sometimes its too cold. One thing that summer has going for it is the ability to laze about as a child with no school.
