I think you made the heros to OP, Good is in the eye of the beholder, A man could want revenge on the people who killed his family while on the other side a girl wishes to protect her family from the man. neither is truly bad or good..
that is exactly why it would be great but what I meant was that there couldn't be armies full of these kind of super will powered people
You could have just a crazy dictator with exceptional will power fight against a normal man who has a total hate/vengeance because his family got killed.
just imagine how strong goku/naruto/luffy would be with his will alone
good is generally when you do things which help/benefit everyone or at the least 'your' people/group
bad is when you selfishly want everything for your self even if bad thing have to befall upon others.
