I don't think that legendaries are a big thing in Reborn, as there is Arceus.... and his spire in Citae d'arc whatever. And even then, wouldn't they be caught by some small child? i mean, we're not the only one who is pretty keen, so for all we know, Fern has every single one bar arceus

what would you be using it for? i am not exactly the biggest fan of Gallade, but speed/attack is the best way to go, in my opinion. not sure about movesets, but i think that is standard... or shadow sneak

if you want HP/Defense, i suggest the caves on route 3, for special attack, i suggest ametrine or citrine mountain waters, 60% chance for 2 special attack EVs

if it does get implemented, Fire attacks should not work, as they require oxygen to ignite... i think in general no special moves should work, as... ya know... space is a vacuum, so only direct attacks would work
