      plus the first battle only went to blastoise because he could use rain dance

      I stated that a Grass Type can beat a fire dragon competitively, no do I really have to explain how the other can beat it? Charizard would go all out offense being it's downfall seeing as Blastoise would rely on a combination of defense and super effective moves ie Hydro Pump. I probably could make a long post just to explain how Charizard would lost to Blastoise a majority of the time.

      I'm just going to say this. The Pokemon's moves will make or break their match. As good as a Charizard Y might be against Blastoise with Solarbeam, if it doesn't have it, it's gg anyway. Same story with Charizard X: how long do you expect him to bulk Mega Launcher Blastoise's attacks if it doesn't have TPunch?
