I have the same issue where I'm unable to beat Scarlett. I really feel like a PC should be accessible during the gang war, or at least a Pokemart, or even a way to grind for Levels.

So I'm at the fight with Scarlett in Blackview at the Sky Tower and I have no chance whatsoever with my current party (Used a much lower level party since my main team is already at Level 50/the level cap). I do however have much stronger pokemon in my PC that will let me win this fight. The thing is, I have no way to reach a PC, Pokemart, or even Grind where I'm at, so I feel like I'm stuck here and softlocked myself. Anything I can do to solve this?
