      If you're talking about Reborn, Jasper Ward like what Odybid said. If you are playing Pokemon Rejuvenation, then you will find Mareep at Chrisola Hotel in Gearen City after visiting Goldenleaf Town. However, the truck guy will not be there until you solve Goldenleaf Town's problems.
