    Trivia Time: Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan are the only Pokemon not to be related by evolutionary means that later gained a shared pre-evolution: Tyrogue. Our mouthless kick machine also has had the most Signature Moves out of any Pokemon. Some of these aren't its Signatures anymore, but they were at one point: Mega Kick, Jump Kick, High Jump Kick, and Rolling Kick.

      Sub-Trivia time: as of gen VI, Vespiqueen is the pokémon wih the greatest amount of signature moves, with 3.

      Also, I think I saw a picture of the manga or maybe the anime in which hitmonlee actually had a mouth. It could be like scizor: it has this tiny unseeable mouth that only appears sometimes.
