    Well , i just go depper under the Railnet.You know , that part wich you need to pull the levers.anyways.I find flash and a guy who was trapped.Any ideas where he is or waht would he give me if i find him?

      If you're talking about where he went after you saved him, he is in the Obsidia Ward PokeCenter. I believe his girlfriend/wife (can't remember) gives you a Sticker.
