hi guys!!! i Am at the wasteland at the moment and i'm trying to catch Misdreavus.I searched all the wasteland at night but i doesnt appear.does it need a specific weather condition at night or what???is the first moment near the gym sign when you encounter it changed?? would appreciate some help

Hi guys!!! I am in the capturing process an i wanted to ask you where to find Torkoal? In the obtainable list says it canbe caught in the wild, but in the pokedex says Area Unknown.I know it is in the Pyrous mountain,but is it some sort of event or no? Would appreciate some Help.
